AerisGuard Bio Active Coil Cleaner is a proprietary ezyme base coil cleaner that target all domestic, commercial and industial air handling installation. The cleaner strips away any existing bacteria, fungi and other contaminates also removing any pre-existing coatings, ensuring a clean surface for the application of AerisGuard Bio Active Coil Treatment. The product is non-corrosive and completely biodegradable.
The Sources of Problem
Air conditioning system are the single greatest contributor to energy consumption in a modern home.To maximize energy efficiency, indoor ventilation system generally recycle the majority of the indoor air volume, introducing very little 'fresh' out side air. As a result, indoor air concentrations of potentially toxic particle can, overtime, increase dramatically. Airbornecontaminants originate from a veriety of sources-includingthe fumes from solvents and resins used in furniture, carpets and building materials. However, a primary source of indoor air contaminations is the bacterial and fungalcolonization of air filters, heat transfer coils and duct work within the HVAC system.

Do you have problems with molds?
Mold or mould is found everywhere inside and outside, and can grow on almost any substance when moisture is present. Molds reproduce by spores, which can be carried by air currents or people.
When these spores land on a moist organic surface, that is suitable for life, they begin to grow. For significant mold growth to occur, there must be a source of moisture (which could be high humidity), a source of food, and a surface capable of sustaining growth.
Can mold cause health problem?
Mold have the potential to cause health problems. Mold produce Allergens (substance that can allergic reactions), irritants, and some cases potentially toxic substance Allergic responses include hay fever-types symptoms, such as sneezing, runny nose, red eyes and skin rashes. Mold can also cause asthma attacks.

Cold Room Services
Refrigerated storage, processing and transportation environments are the primary preservation method of commercial perishable products as they travel along the value chain. Typical refrigeration systems continuously re-circulate unfiltered air through Forced Draft Coolers (FDC’s) which exposes the coil of the FDC to high levels of contamination. When combined with the natural condensation which forms on the FDC it creates a perfect environment for microbial proliferation throughout the cool room.
If untreated, the microbial contamination can reach a point where system performance/efficiency is inhibited. When this happens – air flow, pressure and thermal efficiency are inhibited. In addition, it is not uncommon for disturbing odours to be detected within the cool room environment, a clear sign of deteriorating indoor air quality. Over a long time, this contamination can have a severe corrosive effects on the coil and surrounds which if left untreated eventually leads to premature replacement of coil and surrounds.

Corrosion is the deterioration of a metallic substance (usually as a natural consequence of a metal’s temporary existence in metallic form) due to its reaction with the environment. A corrosive environment can consist of many different corrosive elements, and it is common not to have all corrosive pollutants in a single corrosive environment. Common corrosive elements include: moist air, hot air, hot water, polluted air, acids and salt water.
In certain environment, these elements combine to form highly corrosive conditions which degrade metallic surfaces. If left unchecked these will require complete replacement in the fullness of time. The coating can be applied at both point of manufacturing (AerisGuard OEM Corrosion Protection [OEM]) and post installation (AerisGuard Maintenance Corrosion Protection [MCP])
